We want you to be satisfied with your purchase of Holivitae. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our return policy below. Your statutory consumer rights under Canadian law are not affected by this policy.

1. Overview

Klexironvormyrex offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible products. We process returns and refunds in accordance with this policy and applicable Canadian consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2002 (Ontario) and applicable federal consumer protection laws.

To initiate a return, please contact us within the return window using the contact details provided in Section 7 of this policy.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be made within 14 days of the date of delivery of your order.
  • The product must be unopened and in its original condition, including original packaging, seals intact, and with all original components.
  • The product must not have been used, damaged, or altered in any way after delivery.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number).

2.1 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or whose tamper-evident seal has been broken;
  • Products that have been damaged after delivery due to misuse, improper storage, or circumstances within your control;
  • Products returned after the 14-day return window has expired;
  • Products purchased during promotional events where specific return restrictions were disclosed at the time of purchase.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of opened food supplement products. This restriction is consistent with applicable consumer protection legislation regarding sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, once unsealed after delivery.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery by email at office@klexironvormyrex.world or by phone at +1 888 372 2252.
  2. Provide your order number, the reason for your return, and confirmation that the product is unopened and in its original condition.
  3. Await our return authorisation. We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and return shipping instructions. Do not return the product without first receiving an RMA number.
  4. Package the product securely in its original packaging and include your order number and RMA number inside the package.
  5. Ship the product to the return address provided in our return authorisation email. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.

4. Return Shipping Costs

The following applies to return shipping costs:

  • Change of mind returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect products: If you received a product that is defective, damaged in transit, or different from what you ordered, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report such issues.

We recommend retaining proof of postage for your return shipment.

5. Refunds

5.1 Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund by email within 5 business days of receiving the return.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 14 business days of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5.2 Refund Amount

  • Approved refunds will be for the full purchase price of the returned product(s), including any applicable taxes.
  • Original shipping charges (if any were charged) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.
  • Return shipping costs paid by the customer are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5.3 Refund Timeline

Please allow the following timeframes for your refund to appear:

  • Credit card refunds: 5–10 business days after processing (depending on your card issuer).
  • PayPal refunds: 3–5 business days after processing.
  • Interac e-Transfer refunds: 1–3 business days after processing.

If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe, please first check with your bank or payment provider. If the issue persists, contact us at office@klexironvormyrex.world.

6. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:

  • Defective or of unsatisfactory quality;
  • Damaged during shipping;
  • Different from the product you ordered;

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at office@klexironvormyrex.world with your order number and, where possible, photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges at this time. If you wish to receive a different product, please initiate a return for the original item (subject to eligibility) and place a new order for the desired product.

8. Orders Not Received

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please:

  1. Check the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email.
  2. Allow an additional 3 business days beyond the estimated delivery date, as delays can occasionally occur.
  3. If your order has still not arrived, contact us at office@klexironvormyrex.world with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.

If an order is confirmed as lost in transit, we will offer a replacement shipment or a full refund at your choice.

9. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible at office@klexironvormyrex.world or +1 888 372 2252. We will make every effort to cancel the order before dispatch. If the order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the standard return process once the product is delivered.

10. Your Statutory Rights

This Return Policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable Canadian consumer protection legislation. Under the Consumer Protection Act, 2002 (Ontario) and other applicable laws, you may have additional rights including the right to a remedy where goods are not of acceptable quality, not fit for purpose, or not as described. These rights are in addition to, and not limited by, our voluntary return policy.
